Driving in any of the cities is quite a nightmare and when one thinks of the parking fees this is another additional expense. The solution is to buy cheap tickets for public transit. Most towns do have a good public transport system and it is best to make use of these. Each town has its own kind of transport system available. There are trains and buses connecting various stations and areas and commuting is made a lot easier because of this.
